This policy explains what cookies are, which ones MAG HR Solutions actually uses on maghrsolutions.com, and how you can control or opt out of them.
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device to remember information between visits or while you browse. They are a standard, widely used part of how websites function, and most of what they do is quiet housekeeping rather than anything that should concern you.
These cookies keep the site secure and working correctly. We use Cloudflare for security and content delivery, which relies on this type of cookie to help protect the site from bot traffic and malicious requests. Necessary cookies cannot be turned off through our site, because the site cannot function safely without them.
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site, such as which pages get the most attention across our fractional HR, interim HR, and talent acquisition pages. This helps us improve the site. It does not tell us who you are individually.
MAG HR Solutions does not use advertising or retargeting cookies at this time. If that changes, for example if we begin running ads and use a pixel to measure them, we will update this policy and add the specific tool to the inventory below before it goes live, not after.
| Tool | Category | Purpose | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Necessary | Security, bot protection, and content delivery for the website | Active |
| Google Analytics 4 | Analytics | Aggregate visitor behavior: pages viewed, time on site, device type | Active |
| Calendly | Functional | Powers the 15-minute call booking flow | Active |
| Advertising or retargeting pixels | Advertising | None in use | Not currently used |
This table reflects what we use today. We will update it before any new tool, especially any advertising tool, goes live.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their privacy or security settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect basic site functions, such as being able to load pages securely, so we would rather you know that upfront than find out by trial and error.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's own browser add-on or through your browser's cookie settings.
MAG HR Solutions does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. This section exists so that right has a real, findable home on the site, in line with the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, even though we are a small Southwest Florida firm and most of our visitors are not making a CCPA request.
If you want to submit a related request, or you simply want confirmation that we are not selling or sharing your information, use the contact details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
