This policy explains how MAG HR Solutions collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us through maghrsolutions.com. We wrote it in plain language on purpose, because a privacy policy nobody can actually read does not protect anyone.
This Privacy Policy applies to maghrsolutions.com: the forms you submit, the calls you book, and the technical data collected while you browse. It does not cover information you share with us after you become an engagement client. Once we sign a services agreement together, the HR records, employee data, and company documents involved in that engagement are governed by the confidentiality terms of that agreement, not by this website policy.
MAG HR Solutions is a bilingual HR consulting firm based in Sarasota, Florida, serving business owners across Southwest Florida and, for virtual engagements, nationwide. We are a small, founder-led firm, so the list of tools and third parties below is short. That is not an oversight. It is the actual size of our operation.
We collect only what we need to respond to you, prepare for a call, and keep the site secure. Here is the breakdown, organized by how the information reaches us.
When you submit our contact form or the qualifying lead form on our scheduling page, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, company name, company size by employee count, the services you are interested in (fractional HR, interim HR, talent acquisition, or an a la carte project), and any comments you add. We use this to walk into your first call already understanding your situation, not to build a list you did not ask to join.
Booking our 15-minute qualifier call runs through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. It collects the name, email address, and appointment time you select, and it may send you confirmation and reminder messages on our behalf.
Our web host, BigScoots, and our security and content delivery provider, Cloudflare, automatically log standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and access times. Every website collects this as a normal part of staying online and secure; it is not aimed at identifying you personally. We also use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate information about which pages you view, how long you stay, and the general type of device you use.
We use your contact and scheduling information to respond to your inquiry, prepare for your call, and follow up afterward, usually starting with Mark's 15-minute qualifier conversation.
Aggregate analytics, once active, help us see which pages and services visitors find useful so we can improve the site over time. Server and security logs from BigScoots and Cloudflare help keep the site online and protect it from abuse. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.
Cookies and similar tools help this website function and, once analytics are active, help us understand how it is used. The full inventory of cookies we use, why we use each one, and how you can control them lives on our dedicated Cookie Policy page, which goes into more detail than this section needs to.
We work with a small number of outside providers to run this website, and each one only receives the information it needs to do its job.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it with third parties so they can market to you on their own.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first, so the response goes to you and not to someone else.
MAG HR Solutions does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and give you a clear way to opt out before it happens. For the full opt-out mechanism, the cookie-level detail, and the anchor this right actually points to sitewide, see the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" section of our Cookie Policy.
We keep form submissions and booking information only as long as we need them to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, to support your engagement, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. Technical logs from BigScoots and Cloudflare are retained on their own standard schedules, not ours.
We use industry-standard safeguards such as HTTPS encryption and a managed hosting environment. That said, no website can guarantee absolute security, so we ask that you avoid sending sensitive personal information, such as a Social Security number, through our contact forms.
This website and our services are directed at business owners and organizations, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy as our tools, our services, or the law change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically, especially before submitting a form.
